I have a Groove 52HPn that is having trouble booting. When I started, I successfully reset the board to factory defaults. I was configuring it in Winbox, when something I changed required the device to reboot. (I’m not sure what that was, but I hope I don’t do it again.) After a reboot, the device won’t come back up. When it boots, I hear a single beep and then a double beep, but there are no lights at all. I’ve tried to factory reset again (several times), but it isn’t coming back. Winbox is detecting the device with a MAC address, but not an IP address. (See attached.) I’ve attempted to Netinstall, but the device is not showing in the list. I have the device directly connected to my Windows 10 PC with a new network cable.
I don’t know where to go next. Any help is appreciated.
