As you didn't supply any relevant information, you won't get any answers. Provide a map of the situation, your preferred settings (bandwidth/frequencies/etc.) and you current settings (/export file=anynameyoulike minus serial and any other private info).

However - only for the record - the two dishes are NOT involved in CAPSMAN at all, they are (should be) a wireless replacement of an ethernet cable (hence some kits are called "wireless wire") they are (should be) a completely transparent (L2 and L3) link and nothing else.
You have to imagine to setup the CCR 1009 connected to a switch via ethernet and then the three Mantbox connected to the switch.
Once everything works, you remove the ethernet cable and replace it with the pair of lhgg-60ad dishes and nothing changes.
However CAPSMAN is not strictly speaking needed, it is only convenient to make settings in a centralized way and it helps with roaming.
