Help with PCQ upload download Please

Hi can some one please help starting a small WISP. I have a Adsl connection at home at home that is in bridge mode that connects to my rb450g that has Nat.
I have marked traffic http https pop3 and other connections marked as “other”. I also have layer 7 protocols that are working well.

I have the ethernet cable from the Adsl router into the Eth1/PoE and my network plugged into Ether2

I have read the wiki but its just too confusing for me for example i have marked http traffic and i have a PCQ type download 10mb and pcq type upload 1m. Now if i use global_in and global_out on the http traffic i am always getting 1mb upload and download speed which ever way i use it.

I have a 10Mb download speed and a 1Mb upload speed. What i am trying to do is for each Ip is limit https upload speed so each Ip address gets 64k. How can i do this..

U need a ip-firewall - prerouting mark packet roule. (eg, http, all, or what you want to mark)

then make a queue type, to fit what those marked packet is desired to have.

at last, queue tree - choose your queue you just made, and choose the packet mark roule.
