help with proxy

hi all

need help have setup my proxy on my pc with ver 2.9.46
the packet are send to the web proxy but if i go to the web page again then it go and fetch it on the net and not from the web proxy

can some one help me

First time web-page is opened, it is fetched directly from the server, if you will access it second time then it migh be taken from proxy (note, you have to ensure proper redirection to proxy, as well make sure you are not talking about dynamic pages).
