Help with Route with VPN Interface

Hello! I’m new at mikrotik configuration and i need help with a case of creating VPN (All in L2TP) in specific communication.

I’m doing VPN in two locations in total, one is in my house and other in my family job. In my house i specified my VPN to do work in 10.1.0.x and my workplace in 10.1.1.x and did a lot of configuration with help of searching in videos, forum and A.I. All is going too well, but in the last moments of testing im facing a problem of Route.

A brief case: I created profile in my house on 10.1.0.2 for Interface in Work to communicate in route (10.1.1.0/24) with gateway Interface, it worked if i ping from House to Work, but, when i ping in workplace from another PC in same VPN of workplace, the Route created in my house mikrotik automatically disconnecting the gateway of Route.

How can i resolve this? Thank you for attention

My Mikrotik and Winbox version is 6.42.5

Which model of MT routers do you have at work and at home.

Those two are: RB750Gr3

Then I suggest setting up a Wireguard tunnel will be much easier and better throughput.
Would need access to a public IP at least of one the routers ( meaning an ISP modem ) or an ISP modem/router with a public IP and you can forward ports from this device.

Also recommend moving to version7 firmware. You will lose some throughput, but you gain some capabilities etc
