Help with Switch Chip and VLAN..

Today I use bridges to connect different vlan access-ports and vlan trunk-ports with different ports.

I want to solve something like this, but with the use of hardware switch chip.

Rg450G - 1
Port1 - Access-port server1 - VLAN 10
Port2 - Access-port server2 - VLAN 10
Port3 - Access-port dmzserver - VLAN 20
Port4 - Vmware server - Trunk
Port5 - Backbone - Trunk

Rg450G - 2
Port1 - Access-port clients - VLAN 30
Port2 - Access-port clients - VLAN 30
Port3 - Access-port testserver - VLAN 10
Port4 - Access-port clients - VLAN 30
Port5 - Backbone - Trunk

On access-ports I want to make sure that there is no tagged information beyond the select vlan. And on the trunk-ports everything should be tagged.

The problem still remains.

I solve this today with the use of bridges and tagging on and off with the use of vlan. But I would really love to change this to use the switch chip to increase the throughput.

I have now read forums, wiki pages and bother one of the main suppliers in my country but still no useful information.
