Help with Tx output power of mini PCI radio card

Hello There! I am new to MikroTik router board and enjoying learning about it. I’m doing wireless networking with Mikrotik’s router boards RB433AH and mini PCI radio cards with max. RF output power 400mW, specified by manufacture in technical specifications. Somebody there could please let me know how can i change the Tx output power manually between different values of RF output power for attached radio card in wlan1’s sub menu? Secondly, the Tx output power is set to “default”, please let me know how i come to know what Tx output power its being providing to antenna under “default” setting and to other setting, if any i do manually?

default = maximum. if you want to lower the power, you can do it with the tx-power mode “card rates”. note, if you will increase the power beyond 26dBm, you will destroy your card.
