Help with wireless problem

i have mikrotik 3.2 server
and RouterBoard 443ah + xr2 Access Point

the ping becomes 3000ms (wireless)when i start downloading or when hosts becoms more than 4

note:ping still normal when i connect directly to the server
i think that the problems in wireless configuration
i have just made:
bridge (wlan-ether2)
dynamic wds
mode b,g
add ip address to the bridge

i need help

look for poor link quality, interference or hidden node problems?

Try the two scanning tools (preferably from both ends of the link) to see if there are any other users on your channel. Check the noise floor level, signal levels and CCQ values (when quiet and when downloading). Try changing channel to the quietest one you can find.
