I have a rb951g-2hnd router, I want to have two wan, does it work?
I want to use it as an antivirus, does it work?
I want to back up the network, does it work?
I want to have internet content control, does it work?
So how do you restrict internet sites, does it work?
Can advise me by telling me if this equipment does that, or I get a more robust microtick and if so, can you recommend a model that does that?

you wanna to have two WAN ??? i don’t know what is your meaning?
if you wanna to have two WAN link like as DSL or PPPoE yes it’s possible.
about antivirus:
Mikrotik devices isn’t UTM, you can have firewall facility to restrict some protocol but isn’t antivirus.
about backup your network, i don’t know what is your meaning?
for content control, you can use mikrotik proxy and firewall facility.
about restriction for website. also you can use proxy, firewall and queue facility.
