HELP

Hello (F)
this is the first time i see this error . i work with MikroTik RouterOS 2.9.27
everything working fine with my office . and when i take the MikroTik RouterOS to another area and the modem is the same info ,
i can’t use my WINBOX when i search for any MAC , NO REPLAY FROM ANY INTERFACE
i can’t see any interface from the another area
the winbox can be change or what i have to do ??
i need helpp

1.) Don’t create alot of posts on the same problem!
2.) upgrade to 2.9.51 it’s free!
