Connect your R1-R5 routers via switch instead of router.

All addresses (1.1.1.49 - .54) are in the same subnet, so there is no need for routing.
Why do you want to connect R1-R5 via router?

ok how can i limit the IP: 1.1.1.50 and send it to Clint like R1 ?

i want to send one public Ip with 1mpbs to R1

Configure your Mikrotik router as a bridge:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Bridge
Use firewall to allow traffic from/to specific IP address (e.g. 1.1.1.50) only via one ethernet interface.
To limit bandwidth per IP address use simple queues:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Queue#Simple_Queues
