Hi all! Hope someone can help me with my 3mos old hex gr3..it suddenly lost its power not surenof the reason..the only thing i did was i reboot the hex on winbox then still works but when i woke up i see that there is no power at all on my hex..I’ve tested the power adapater and there is a voltage coming out so it means that it is no the adapter.how can I fix this??
Try with another power adapter never the less … marginal power adapter may be able to produce correct voltage when unloaded but drops when load is applied.
I’ve tested other power and still not working..someone said it might be a busted diode fuse not really sure where is that..
There are two diodes D1 and D3 close to the power connector.
You can also try PPoE in if you have the cable for that.
If it’s just 3 month old, is RMA an option?
Don’t have PoE but will try my PoE of my outdoor antenna..hope it works..thanks
