hEX Lite RB 750r2 does not reset with the reset button

Hello!

A client of ours has brought a hEX Lite which he claims is not getting reset via the reset button given at the back.

We verified that by trying to reset it ourselves. We did it numerous times and failed to do it.

Is there a way to hard reset the board other than the reset button.

Please tell me in detail, how did you use the button?

The procedure should be like this:

  1. unplug power
  2. press button and hold
  3. plug power
  4. release button when USR LED flashes

around 5 seconds.

I would release not immediately, but like one second after the LED starts blinking

Ive just experienced this problem too. In the end I was able to connect to it via the MAC address but it seems that the default config is not loading.

Any tips on how to sort this out?

The only way that i found was making a netinstall on rb, same that him doesnt show a led port !
