Hex rb750 not showing gb on modem

I just bought a hex rb750 and it is suppose to have gb service but when i connected it to the modem, on the modem its showing that the connection is in mb not gb. Any Help will be grate Thanks.

Silly question, but does the modem have a 1Gbps interface or just a 100Mbps interface?

Its a Motorola Surfboard 3.0 cable modem, link shows Amber on the Surboard but its connected to the RB750gr3 so it should be blue.

Yes, the RB750Gr3 (hEX) has all 10/100/1000 ports. The RB750r2 (hEX lite) is 10/100 megabit ports.
