hEX RB750Gr3 (v6.43.8) - how to load balance with WAN1 = Static + WAN2 = PPPoe Client

Hi,

I need some advices regarding the new configuration, just to explain the old scenario was WAN1 and WAN2 as static IP address and also 'netwatch' tool to monitor (ping) some destination IP and when result failure change to another gateway in a way to force all traffic to another ISP.

Today we have:
#############
LAN = Static (10.10.51.1/24)
WAN1 = Static (192.168.0.10/24 and GW as 192.168.0.1)
WAN2 = PPPoeClient (connected fine with the ISP but with no fixed ip)

\

How to load balance in this scenario??? The main goal is use both ISP and switch to from A to B (and vice-versa) when some of them fail. Today is only working via 'ISP-A'.

The current route print
###################
[admin@MikroTik] /ip route> print
Flags: X - disabled, A - active, D - dynamic, C - connect, S - static, r - rip, b - bgp, o - ospf, m - mme,
B - blackhole, U - unreachable, P - prohibit
