I plan to purchase a new router. I’m still trying to decide between RB760iGS (Hex S) and RBD53iG-5HacD2HnD (hAP ac3).
I want do to some layer 3/4 filtering and VPN connections to other routers over the internet. I have two ISP - one via ethernet connection and two via usb modem LTE.
Additionally, I’m planning to use a VXLAN configuration.
May anyone of you know which device has the better performance?

Current and future throughput of Primary ISP connection (leaning towards hapac3 due to newer build and better capacity).
The hapac2 is better bang for the buck then the hex at the same price point and has USB Modem capability 4G/LTE for cellular, the hapac3 usb is for storage only as they have a hapac3 lte model that adds cellular functionality as well.
Does the hAP ac2 has better switching chips, processor bus etc. ?
I mean the model RBD52G-5HACD2HND-TC.

The hAP ac x models that I’ve use seem to run hot.. Hotter than I was comfortable with for long-term use anyways..
