From the screenshot you provided we may assume that you use Windows version of the Dude and Email notification via Gmail using blat.
You may see how it may be configured in the following forum topic: Dude - Email notification through Gmail on Windows - via blat. As blat doesn’t support SSL/TLS an additional tool is required to get it working - stunnel, which maybe is missed/misconfigured on your system.
