I want to hide my AP-Bridge Omnitik from the scan list of any other hardware, can any one advice the best way to hide the device, frequency which we are using , version we are using and everything from scan the other mikrotik.

You can hide your SSID but it can still be detected by a scanner of sufficient smarts. Hiding is a BAD idea, it doesn’t add to your security and it can make troubleshooting for others more of a hassle, and I would never recommend it.
You can turn of neighbour discovery which is what allows UBNT and MT devices to see each other in a ‘scan’. IP>Neighbors>discovery interfaces. Again not a security feature really.
