Nope… not without a 3. party for tunneling trafic, and it’s not a good solution…
But why hide?

MT1(217.75..146-my public ip)…pptp…MT2(77.238..131)…what is rule to forward this service to second ip (ping, trace, and detecting ip) and any other traffic go to mt1.

you can’t know if the webpage will be for detecting the IP, or just show you some pictures. any website will see your IP, not all of them will show it. any webserver can do this. you can’t know the intentions of the user.
