how cannot let winbox see that there is a MT server on the network?

You need to disable discovery on the particular interface,
‘ip neighbor discovery’.

add a firewall rule, that disables to access the winbox port from internet, or specify in the ‘ip service’ from which IP setwork the router can be accessible from.
