High availability IPSEC on CHR

Hi, have anyone experience with building HA or Fault tolerance on Mikrotik CHR or hardware?

Have such configuration:

VM1                                 Mikrotik CHR1 with Virtual IP                 VM3
      ==> Cloud provider IPSEC ===   | - load balancing over cluster IP  <==
VM2                                 Mikrotik CHR2 with Virtual IP                 VM4

So policies in IPSEC should be up.
Saw solution with VRRP, but when one host is down it takes up to 2 minutes to get new policies over IPSEC.
Is there such option as cluster IP in Mikrotik.
