High CPU load on RB2011UiAS-2HnD (management)

Hello
Could someone help me to troubleshoot my issue?
Last several days I have high load CPU on my RB2011UiAS-2HnD
nothing was done - it just began after power outage: CPU load from ordinary 5-10% to 80-100%
I saw it in my monitoring tool and in Winbox it's also visible)
profile shows it as "management" from 40 to 90% of CPU load
I can't understand what's wrong

  • scripts: no scripts
  • netwatch: one task 1 per 20 sec
  • scheduler: only one task per day (backup)
  • services: disabled all what I can(ftp, api, ssh, telnet) . No other connections except me to WinBox
  • RouterOS v7.19.6
  • SNMP: enabled for monitoring. I tried to disable it temporary but without visible effect
  • nothing strange in fw logs

What I'm missing?

"management different subsystems: scheduler, networking, file management, etc."
Profiler - RouterOS - MikroTik Documentation

Could be anything as it says "etc."

Remember by now this is a 14 year old router, at least the design is. It was released in 2011.
When you have WinBox connected, do you have open windows in it?
Try to close them all and only look at System->Resources.
When you have something like IP->Firewall->Connections open in WinBox, the load will increase.

When there is really nothing to be found, you could try a fresh "netinstall" and rebuild the configuration manually or using a /export (paste sections of it in terminal).
When you really do not have much for it to do, consider going back to RouterOS v6.49.19
That is the RouterOS version the device was designed for. v7 is heavier.

Thank you for you answer, I remember it...
but it works fine, and not so many tasks it does (small office, a couple of WiFi CAP and firewall)
literally until 13 Sep all was fine, but then...

CPU has high load regardless have I opened WinBox or not, and how many windows opened inside
however, I tried to close all windows there - no changes at least for 10 min of watching

fresh netinstall may be a good solution, but it will a challenge to do it without physical presents there
but yes, as an option

I just want to clarify with community - maybe is there any way to view more detailed what EXACTLY is under "management"
A screens in attach - is an illustration, that all was fine, until... something happened

When the router is doing things that cannot be explained, prioritize to netinstall it!
And make sure you do not make changes to the firewall without understanding it completely.
