High CPU on Routerboard 1000

Hi,

I use the RB1K as a Access Concentrator with PPPOE for my customers (700 customers ~ 40 Mbit).
The Problem is that the CPU is between 80 ~ 100 %.

Have anybody an idea for that Problem?
