High Fluctuating CCR CPU

I have a CCR1036-12G-4S that has never shown more than 3% CPU. After upgrading from 6.35 to 5.37.1, CPU is going crazy and packets are
being dropped. Tried upgrading to the latest RC and down to 6.36.4 and the problem continues.

There is no excessive traffic or high PPS.

Anyone know what could be causing this?

Yes, I’ve looked at this. Firewall and networking are the two most active but nothing has changed. Wondering if it is a hardware issue.

post config - i had similar issue but even on old versions of big spikes for short bursts - but it was very specific to config.
