Hello, I have 2 LHG 5 mikrotiks that have been configured and setup by my ISP. At first everything was okay but now I have high jitter and ping spikes… .
I have tried to talk with them about the problem but they are not helping and saying everything looks fine to them…
I’m new to winbox so I don’t know what I can check and do to fix the problem.
In signal.png I have checked the Tx/RX CCQ, It comes under 90 sometimes(I don’t know if that’s the problem).
I tried to to provide you all the information that is necessary. tell me if you need more information.
