High Latencies

What could be the reasons for high latencies when i ping the HotSpot Gateway( 2000-5000ms) and no timeouts. Then when i reboot the Router the Latencies then normalise to between 5ms-40 ms

and what’s the CPU usage and traffic (general and this machine’s one, use Turch to see it)?

I have a similar problem! All started when you add 2 new LAN interfaces, sometimes the ping rises up to 1000-2000 and falls, and I know how to solve the problem.
