High Load on IPSEC without using IPSEC !

Hello all

I have a huge problem, today I’ve noticed that I have high load on ipsec - but I don’t use IPSEC - and I don’t understand the reason why the load is so high - This is used for ISP with traffic shaping on PPPoE.

Firmware 3.09 - Mtik - 5.26
Statistics at IPSEC are 0 ( everywhere ) - also no tunnel is activated - only openvpn client - but even after disabling it - consumption is still the same.

I’ve added entry to log everything about ipsec - and still no information there … I don’t really understand that
I’ve tried to mark everywhere IPSEC traffic ( ipsec-ah and ipsec-esp ) but I found nothing …
