I had troubles with my MT wireless Access Point!
All work is about an RB and 2 radios (CM9 & R52). When there is only one client on interface the ping is work fine and stable, but when there are few clients on interface the ping becomes very high (<1000ms) and unstable.
I read on this forum that I should prioritize the ICMP traffic(packets) to get stable pings, but I don’t know how to do it and I don’t know is it the right solution?!
yes,
you must have ambulance traffic, same mean put your icmp with highest priority than other traffics. this methode will stable pinging when your network is overloaded.
soultion:
mangle and queue tree your icmp protocol will help you.
