High Single CPU Usage on CCR Routers

I have two CCR routers: one is a MikroTik CCR2116-12G-4S+ (v7.11.2) and the other is a CCR1036-8G-2S+ (v6.49.19).

The problem is that, from time to time, a single CPU core on the routers becomes highly utilized, reaching close to 100% usage. The load shifts from one core to another intermittently.

When I checked under Tools > Profile, I noticed that the “ssl” process was consuming the highest amount of CPU resources. I have already attached screenshots in the email.

I use an API/API-SSL based billing software. Due to this issue, the software frequently disconnects from the routers.

I would like to know why this problem is happening and how it can be resolved.

Disable billing software and watch if high CPU usage persist...

7.11.2 is unsupported, and have serious security bug (probably already used... seen the screenshot...)...
and you do not provide any info on how devices are configured

I tried turning off the billing software, same problem. Which router OS version is better?

7.16.2 Based on environments I have in production...
I tried some later versions, but (apart from the access points inside customer house that have recent versions)
sooner or later they gave me some problems, most of which have already been reported on the forum.

But this is my personal opinion.

What other things use SSH on your router?
Disable them one by one until you find the culprit.
The interview is over. Don't expect anything else without seeing the configuration...
