High Tx/Rx Queue Drops and Errors in MikroTik LAN

I am experiencing significant Tx/Rx queue drops and errors in my MikroTik LAN, as shown in the attached screenshot. The Tx Queue Drops and Tx/Rx Errors are consistently high, even though the traffic flow seems stable.

Could someone please help me understand the possible reasons for this and how to resolve the issue?
