Highest speed link possible?

I have some 5GHz dual polarity dishes that I want to upgrade my main links with.
What would the best possible speed be that I can get:
[]5GHz-n with n-streme enabled? (possible?)
[]5GHz-n with NV2? (Do I need ROS5 or can 4.16 with wireless-nv2 package do everything?)
[*]Ubiquity Rocket M5 with Airmax enabled? (Blush)

I have both R5n and R5HN cards, would the H be faster, even if the links are so short?

Links are not very far (up to 15km) and good line of sight. Interference a little issue as the dishes have very narrow angle.
Your advice would be appreciated.

iirc Airmax is not really for ptp use.

Remember, you can always turn down the power of the radio cards in MT if your signal is too hot.
