Has anyone got experience on hiring people online to write/edit/support a Mikrotik config?
We have a single office router that needs to load share and prioritise traffic over three adsl links with the usual firewall protection and a couple of pinholes for SSH and VPN
We have enough in house expertise to get a basic config running but would prefer to hire someone to write a proper config and then ensure that we understand it well and can edit it as needed as we acquire skills over time.
Is there a particular place that freelance Mikrotik gurus hang out? (here, freelance.com, upwork?.. geography is not really important; just MT skills and good English)
Any thoughts on pricing? (we have a fairly comprehensive spec and enough understanding to brief someone well which should take away a lot of the usual pain of buyers no knowing what they are looking for
