Hot Spot blocking traffic to network thermal printer

I have thermal printer with the IP address 10.10.12.19 and a computer with an IP address of 10.10.12.15.

From time to time the print command is not able to reach the thermal printer and when I do a ping test, I see a reply from hotpot IP address 172.15.15.1 telling me the destination net is unreachable.

When I unplug the network cable from the computer and plug it back, it establish connection with the thermal printer with ping reply from the thermal printer IP address.

I have done IP binding for both the computer and the thermal printer but the issue keeps coming.

Any possible solution.

I didn't read a single word in the entire post about MikroTik or RouterOS, or even the "export" that show how the device is configured.

Post also the output of:
/ip route print
twice, one when the printer replies to pings and one when it doesn't (if the output is different).
