Hot-Spot login page on esternal server - Windows server

Hello
I have a RB450 with the latest 5.x software on it.

I use the internal splashpage for hot-spot authentication and it works fine.
I would like to redirect all the auth system to my external page on my webserver (SSL secured)
I currently use HTTP-CHAP only auth.

I have read the WIKI but I am not able to let it work.
On the webserver I have Win 2008 R2 x64 and IIS 7.5
Can someone give me some info, or a sample working .asp page ?

Or simply do a form post on page load. Theres loads of examples in the wiki on how to do this.
