Hot Spot timeout ALWAYS 15 min?

I’ve tried changing the many idle timeout settings, however for all of my users that log in on the MT hotspot, and then are authenticated through RADIUS, their idle timeout , as reported by double clicking their active hotspot profile is always 15 min.

This causes the users to have to log in many many times a day.

any fixes? as setting any of the “idle timeout” settings does not affect anything.

EDIT: I have HTTP and Cookies set.

what radius server are you using?
Are you sure you haven’t specified that idle-timeout in the radius config?
