Hot to configure mikrotik for puplic network without NAT?

Dear sir,

I have two interfaces one for LAN and another is WAN , The LAN is NATing to WAN by using masqurade, but sir now one of my client thats on the LAN need the public IP that he want to put in his PC and get work, i have took a separate pool for him but i dont know how to route the pool in mikrotik to get work for each user without using NATing..

and i think there is no need of NATing for public IPs, so sir how to configure the Mikrotik for that issue..

When you set nat rule you may specify for which IP adresses it rules (src-address, src-address-list)

Thank you sir, sir can you explain it with an example, sorry sir actually i was not able to understand, so pleASE i will appreciate it .
