hotspot active users

i know that this had been asked many times but i cannot get it.
i have licence 4 (200 hotspot active users).
i dont have userman package installed in packages so we dont talk about User manager active sessions.
i setup hotspot with the quick setup. the questions are…

can i create in hotspot users unlimited users? over 200 usernames?
if i create 500 usernames, then after only 200 users max can be active?
if every user have shared “2” then 200 users can be active with 2 devices each, means 400 devices total? or 100 user active with 2 devices each total 200?

if i create 1 user with shared 200… this username can be active max 200 times ?

what this number “200 hotspot active users” means exactly. in tab hotspot-active can be total 200 max entries? (200 mac addresses)

talking with a friend told me…
yes the number 200 (l5) is the max you can see in active hotspot-users tab. even if i had create 1000 users, the max active is 200 different username.
and if i had set shared to “2” yes it can connect 200 users simultaenly with two devices each user, thats total 400 ip addresses.
please someone “normis” correct me if i am wrong.
