I have a HOTSPOT configuration and within USER PROFILE ----> ADVERTISE, I want to send an announcement to the clients.
My problem persists in:

The ADVERTISE page that I want to send is blocked in all browsers in a desktop PC. I have to select and click on the advertise link so you can show me the page of my ad. Otherwise, disable the blocking of pop-up windows, but that is complicated, because I can not do it for all my users.

On smartphones I can not make it show me the popup window with chrome and mozilla browsers. Automatically over time, the internet service is cut until you close all open applications and enter SAMSUNG APPLICATIONS ----> INTERNET and is just with this browser that shows me the pop-up window and the page of my ad .
**** There is a way to be able to make my page show in all my clients connected through HOTSPOT ??
