I have hotspot user accounts and I know that I can make advertisement from advertise. I can set the ads link and interval time. But in this case when the interval time pass, the ADs appear in the same browser page. Can I make the ad open in new pop-up window.
But can you guarantee pop-ups will not be blocked by client?

Well, there is a big problem here, with no easy answer. If you want the customer to see the advertisement, then giving them the page inline, they see it. If you make it appear as a pop-up I can almost completely guarantee they never will. So what then is the point of an advertisement, if they never see them?
What type of advertisements are you trying to serve to the client?

If you are already using Hotspot, then put that announcement on the login.html page. It can then say, either pay now and provide a link to a website where they can pay, or give contact details of your office where they can call or if they have valid username/password, they can just login?
