I have three hotspots , pointing to an outside radius server , each using the RB951Ui The property runs UBNT nanostations throughout.
The provider won’t allow me to update the splash page so I need to move on, get rid of them.
I need a replacement hotspot service.
I know you can run hotspot services on the Mikrotik, or you can also run hotspot service on the UBNT Unifi APs.
Need advice on which direction would be best.
Does anyone have a recommendation?
Hi.
In my opinion MikroTik Hotspot will be more flexible and you can customize to many settings.
You can customize MT HS very well, just, setup your APs in bridge mode because Hotspot in MT works over layer 2
There is cloud billing providers where you can change splash page 
or hire an expert to help you.
Or like the other guys say you can modify the mikrotik pages but that obviously takes skill and time. Also the Mt system may not have the features you need.
