Hotspot an a specific pool range

My Routers config
Ether 1 WAN
Ether 2 LAN:IP >Address list
Address:192.168.0.1/24
Network 192.168.0.0
Ip >Pool
1 Name:dhcp
Addresses:192.168.0.10-192.138.0.145
2 Name:static
Addresses:192.168.0.146-192.138.0.154
This is my intention;
Have a hotspot on the dhcp pool and also have the static pool just in case I would like to connect my client on one of the ip addresses in the static pool

I have tried specifying the pool to use while creating the hotspot and noticed when i give a client an ip in the static pool it automatically gives me an ip in the dhcp pool.
When the hotspot is disabled i am able to use the ip on the static pool. Can someone assist me run the hotspot and have my static pool?

It’s a lot of work to run two DHCP servers on the same LAN segment. I think you will have to run the hotspot on a separate network.
