is there way to implement a more “friendly” way of managing subscriber traffic than blocking it when an advertisement is due and cannot be served (as described in http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Hotspot_Introduction#Advertisement)?
Along the line of creating a special packet mark to mark subscriber traffic when an advertisement is due which in turn is used by a throttling queue, traffic out wallen garden is thus throttled, not blocked?
