I have been having trouble connecting to authorize.net lately through the hotspot walled garden. I tried this and it worked for a day, then crashed:
/ip hotspot walled-garden add dst-host=secure.authorize.net
My browser now responds with “page cannot be displayed”.
The Authorize.net section in the User Manger Wiki says use this:
/ ip hotspot walled-garden add dst-host=:^secure\.authorize\.net dst-port=443 action=allow
but there is some challenges with the dst-host entry and the double slashes. It won’t take them. Are they supposed to be there?
The colon and carat are not a challenge, even tho I don’t really know what they do.
Anyone got the correct way to let clients through to authorize.net secure site?
ADD: It let everyone through to paypal’s secure site ok, and any other entry.
And I can go there once I log in. But what good does that do my customers trying to buy time.
EDIT: OK. So it was missing the double quotes, but that still does not let me through.
EDIT2: The entry above was not enough. I also had to add:
/ip hotspot walled-garden ip add dst-host=secure.authorize.net dst-address=64.94.118.32/31 action=accept
