Hi, we are trying to setup a redirect from a hotspot running 2.9.30 to a cgi script on a backend server. We have setup a really basic login.html which has simple form which when the user accepts the details on the form and clicks the OK button it runs a form action of the URL for our cgi script. On a normal webserver this login.html works fine and runs the cgi script, however running the cgi script FROM the MT box gives the user a “Mikrotik HttpProxy” error of “Error: 502 Bad Gateway”.
We aren’t trying to run the CGI on the MT itself, but the form action is to run the CGI.
We have not enable the IP Proxy, and even though it’s not enable I have tried to put access restrictions on cgi pages and the server we are running the CGI from, I have tried adding the host into the walled garden on the hotspot but nothing seems to make a difference.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Paul
