Hotspot and PPPoE

Hi,

I have little idea (paranoic) and I want ask if someone tell me if it can work.

Idea is using hotspot but users cannot access to Login page without making PPPoE connection (or L2TP…) : user connect to AP and obtain address > now must make PPPoE tunnel > after succes connection user have access to hotspot login page.
I know I am paranoic but I need have secure access to network (I dont want use WEP) and HotSpot too.
It is possible and if yes any ideas how to config it ?

Hello,

But what do you mean user cannot get login page without doing PPPoE first? How do you have or want to have your network setup?
