i am running a hotspot and user manager on the same box(rb411R), i have created about 25 users in user manager to have 1 hour internet acess, the problem is that these users are not being recognized in the hotspot login.
Anyone has an idea of what is wrong?

The users in user manager is limit to only 20 (RB411R - level 4 license). How did u manage to create 25 users in user manager?
License level 4 isn’t limited to 20 entries in User Manager, it is limited to 20 active sessions. You can create a million users if you want to, but the 21st one to log in is going to get denied.

That shows a level 3 license.

Level 3 licenses can only have one person logged into a Hotspot.
routerboard.com shows that level is indeed what a RB411R ships with.
If you need more than one user logged into a Hotspot on an RB411R you will have to buy a new license at a higher level.

fewi told you. You can create a 10000 users but only 20 will have access. The number 21 will get the error.
