Hello, i’d like to set my Mikrotik as Hotspot without DHCP Server. Just transparent component between existing router and clients. So existing DHCP server must be used and Hotspot server should have ip from existing dhcp range, i guess. Do you have any experiences with this configuration? Is it even possible to set it up?
Scheme:
EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE WITH DHCP SERVER — MY MIKROTIK WITH HOTSPOT — SWITCH
For now, i’ve classic Hotspot configuration with DHCP server working and i’m trying to achieve this configuration without success.
