Hotspot Authentication x 1 MAC x 2 IPs

I am using hotspot with authentication by Mac Address and I two customers in my network that authenticate with 1 mac. Each of them has a public IP. The two at the same time unable to authenticate with the same MAC. Is it possible two ips with the same mac address this type of structure? If not, what should I do?

Att,

every user had to have unique mac

But there is exception?

by standarts, every NIC should must have unique MAC. exceptions? well, two years ago we had batch of NICs with ‘00:00:00:00:00:00’ MACs, we had to replace it with normal NICs

you can disconnect both of these clients from the internet, until they fix their MAC. As chupaka said, by standards MAC should be completely Unique
