Hotspot Bandwidth limit not working

I am facing some strange problem in Mikrotik HEX Series board. The hotspot is asking for Username/Password. But it failed to limit the bandwidth as per the user profile. I also try hotspot authorization using Radius/Usermanager. Once again, authentication works fine and failed to restrict bandwidth as per the profile I applied. Please help.

Did you limit user by this way?

This is limit without using CapsMAN.

Thanks for your reply. Limit bytes total will give unlimited speed for that much volume. Our customer need various bandwidth limit for various profiles. Which is not working.
