I am currently experimenting with Mikrotik. I have installed access points throughout my hotel RB-411 and am currently using RB750 for Hotspot. I like it because it is simple and fast but I need something to monitor my reception as are loosing me revenue
I need to make a script for billing where it will be looks like Antamedia. Is it possible?
The reception will get a screen of the list of packages we have and they can create accounts on the go one by one and printed on a chit printer instead of doing bulk tickets at one go. With this method I can know what exactly they are selling each day.
Another thing is that for some odd reason when the user logs into the hotspot at one go it will disconnect him + there are no popup windows available to be able to logout when he/she is ready from their session. Could be a lack in configuration!
